Formerly Marlene School of Dancing, EVOLVE Dance Co. is one of the most prestigious dance studios in Southern Africa. The studio has seen a plethora of South African as well as World Championship title holders. Marlene Vigliotti, Founder and Artistic Director is qualified through the SADTA, SABOD, AFSA with a wealth of experience having worked in the industry for over 40 years.

Her unique approach to dance differs by utilising holistic training techniques, ensuring longevity and prevention of injuries in young dancers. This approach has been the driving force behind her recent expansion into Pilates, in order for her to gain further understanding of the human body and its functionality when applied to dance.

My experiences as a dancer myself with regards to injuries and longevity has inspired me as a teacher to approach dance differently and holistically to create Bullet Proof training and longevity for young dancers. This approach has been the driving force behind my recent expansion into Pilates, in order to gain further understanding of the human body and its functionality when applied to dance.

Metamorphosis
Bullet Proof training in dance. Introducing the Longevity Blueprint in Dance. A roadmap to a healthy strong dancer. Packages offer a range of styles including Acro Dance, Modern, Contemporary as well as Kids Pilates Classes.
Age groups 6 to18.
Acro Dance
A style of dance that combines classical dance technique with precision acrobatic elements. It is defined by its athletic character, which seamlessly blends dance and acrobatics, and its use of acrobatics in a dance context.
Age groups 5 to 16.
Contemporary
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.

Adult Pilates & Mat Work
To develop optimal Neuromuscular performance by focusing on core stability, while safely balancing muscular strength with flexibility.
